  • Must include original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Must be purchased directly from Zeven Store

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)

  • Personal use items (earbuds, vapes, etc. once opened)

  • Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via Instagram / WhatsApp / Email

  2. Provide your Order ID and issue details

  3. Our team will review and approve your request

  4. Pack the item securely in original packaging

  5. Ship it to the return address provided by our support team

⚠️ Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund: Processed to original payment method within 3–7 working days

  • Store Credit: Instant credit for faster re-purchase

  • Exchange: Replace with same or another product (price difference may apply)

Shipping Costs:

Customer Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns

Zeven Store Covers: If item is damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos as proof

  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
